Lace secures rights to the Wales' Grand Slam 2008 DVD

Lace DVD are proud to announce that they have secured the rights to Wales’ 2008 6-Nations Grand Slam DVD. Released on the 14^th April as a Double DVD and containing all the amazing action and behind the scenes footage from another historic season for the Welsh Dragons. With highlights from the whole campaign and the full Wales v France game included, Lace DVD look forward to releases another fantastic Rugby product to the market.

Bollywood Hit - Jodhaa Akbar

LDMS will release the DVD for the motion picture hit, Jodhaa Akbar, on 28^th April 2008. Jodhaa Akbar is a sixteenth century epic romance about a marriage of alliance that gave birth to true love between a great Mughal emperor, Akbar, and a Rajput princess, Jodhaa.

Since starting screening on 14^th February, on Cineworld, Odeon & Empire Cinemas nationwide, it has made an incredible impact not only in the UK, but worldwide. It entered at no.4 in the worldwide charts, generating $8.1m from 15 territories in its first week, with total sales of over $19 million so far, with over £900,000 in the UK alone . Lace is really proud to bring this remarkable story to DVD.

Introducing Union

Lace is proud to announce the new established arm of LDMS, Union. As Lace is gaining more business from a wider genre, we felt the need to create a separate identity to set World Cinema apart from all our other labels. The Union umbrella has already confirmed more than 150 art house titles for its first Q2 in March, which stretches across the following newly signed labels:
